개인정보처리방침
‘계단없이’(이하 ‘앱’)는 지하철역의 엘리베이터·에스컬레이터 출구를 안내하는 앱입니다. 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인이 없고, 광고·분석 도구를 쓰지 않으며, 개인정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
1. 위치 정보
- ‘출구 지도’에서 지금 위치에서 가장 가까운 승강기 출구를 찾을 때만, 사용자가 허락한 경우에 기기의 위치를 씁니다.
- 위치는 이 기기 안에서만 계산하며, 저장하거나 기기 밖(개발자·다른 회사 서버 등)으로 보내지 않습니다.
- 위치 권한을 허락하지 않아도 다른 기능은 모두 쓸 수 있습니다.
2. 인터넷 접속
- 엘리베이터·에스컬레이터 정보와 보수 여부를 받기 위해, 개발자가 운영하는 중계 서버(Cloudflare)를 거쳐 서울열린데이터광장의 공공데이터를 받습니다.
- 이때 앱은 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 보내지 않습니다. 다만 인터넷 통신의 특성상 Cloudflare 가 서비스 제공과 보안을 위해 접속 기록(IP 주소, 요청 시각 등)을 처리할 수 있습니다(Cloudflare 개인정보처리방침). 개발자는 이 기록을 개인을 알아보는 데 쓰지 않습니다.
3. 기기에 저장하는 정보
- 사용자가 고른 앱 언어 설정만 이 기기에 저장합니다.
4. 화면 캡처
- 캡처한 안내 화면은 사용자가 사진에 저장하거나 공유할 때만 기기 밖으로 나갑니다.
5. 의견·버그 제보
- ‘의견·버그 제보’는 사용자의 메일 앱을 열어 줄 뿐이며, 사용자가 직접 보낼 때만 전달됩니다.
- ‘앱·기기 정보 함께 보내기’를 켜면 앱 버전, 운영체제, 앱 언어, 보고 있던 화면(예: 출발·도착역)이 메일 본문에 들어갑니다. 보내기 전에 메일 앱에서 확인하고 지울 수 있습니다.
- 받은 메일은 답변과 앱 개선에만 쓰고, 다른 곳에 제공하지 않습니다.
6. 제3자 제공·아동
- 앱은 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
- 앱은 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않으며, 어린이의 개인정보를 일부러 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 바뀔 때
이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알립니다.

Privacy Policy
StepFree (the “app”) shows subway exits with elevators and escalators. The app has no sign-up or login, uses no advertising or analytics tools, and does not collect or store personal information.
1. Location
- The app uses your device's location only when you allow it, to find the nearest exit with a lift on the exit map.
- Your location is calculated on this device only. It is never stored or sent off the device (to the developer, other companies' servers, or anyone else).
- All other features work without location permission.
2. Internet access
- To get elevator and escalator information and maintenance status, the app receives public data from Seoul Open Data Plaza through a relay server run by the developer on Cloudflare.
- The app sends nothing that identifies you. As with any internet connection, Cloudflare may process connection records (such as IP address and request time) to provide and secure its service (Cloudflare Privacy Policy). The developer does not use these records to identify anyone.
3. Data stored on your device
- Only the app language you choose is stored on your device.
4. Screenshots
- A captured guide leaves your device only when you save it to Photos or share it.
5. Feedback and bug reports
- “Feedback and bug reports” only opens your mail app. Nothing is sent unless you send it yourself.
- If “Include app and device info” is on, the app version, operating system, app language, and the screen you were on (e.g. departure and arrival stations) are added to the message. You can review and delete them in your mail app before sending.
- Messages are used only to reply and improve the app, and are not shared with anyone.
6. Third parties and children
- The app does not share or sell personal information to third parties.
- The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with its effective date.

プライバシーポリシー
「階段いらず」（以下「本アプリ」）は、地下鉄駅のエレベーター・エスカレーターのある出口を案内するアプリです。本アプリには会員登録やログインがなく、広告・分析ツールも使用せず、個人情報を収集・保存しません。
1. 位置情報
- 「出口マップ」で現在地からいちばん近いエレベーター・エスカレーター出口を探すときだけ、許可された場合に端末の位置情報を使用します。
- 位置情報はこの端末の中だけで計算し、保存も、端末の外（開発者や他社のサーバーなど）への送信もしません。
- 位置情報を許可しなくても、そのほかの機能はすべて使えます。
2. インターネット接続
- エレベーター・エスカレーターの情報と点検状況を取得するため、開発者が運営する中継サーバー（Cloudflare）を経由して、ソウル オープンデータ広場の公共データを受け取ります。
- このとき本アプリは個人を特定できる情報を送信しません。ただし通信の性質上、Cloudflare がサービスの提供とセキュリティのために接続記録（IPアドレス、リクエスト時刻など）を処理する場合があります（Cloudflare のプライバシーポリシー）。開発者がこの記録を個人の特定に使うことはありません。
3. 端末に保存する情報
- 選択したアプリの言語設定だけを、この端末に保存します。
4. 画面キャプチャ
- キャプチャした案内画面は、写真に保存または共有したときだけ端末の外に出ます。
5. ご意見・不具合の報告
- 「ご意見・不具合の報告」はメールアプリを開くだけで、ご自身で送信した場合のみ届きます。
- 「アプリ・端末情報を含める」をオンにすると、アプリのバージョン、OS、アプリの言語、見ていた画面（出発駅・到着駅など）がメール本文に入ります。送信前にメールアプリで確認・削除できます。
- 受け取ったメールは返信とアプリの改善にのみ使用し、第三者には提供しません。
6. 第三者提供・子ども
- 本アプリは個人情報を第三者に提供・販売しません。
- 本アプリは子どもを対象としておらず、子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。
7. 変更について
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、施行日とともにこのページでお知らせします。
